TweetI'm getting lil older at 35. I've used before from 23-28. And have recently decided to get back into it. In the past I've used diff blends of test, deca, and once dbol. I just ran 10 weeks at 500 test and 300 eq to break back in. Had good results, and am pretty sure I am just gonna use test and eq from now on. Felt good with very minimal sides. So after being off the eq for two months now and keeping the test at 250 mg every 10 days. Plan to stay off eq for another few weeks, and go back up to 750 test a week with 600 eq as well for 10 weeks- then simply keep rotating this pattern for a total of a year. Is this a good plan? I plan to regularly donate blood, and check blood work as needed. Would this type of plan be "healthy?" How long could a routine like this work/be safe. I'm 5'7 - 210 12-15%. Sorry for long post, but I'm getting older and wanna do things right and safe. Enjoy learning about the gear. Thanks for the input

Tweetneed a minimum of 16-20wks with eq to see optimum results and effects. eq takes a very very long time to build up and start working it's magic. so my suggestion would be to double your time frame if that's the compounds you would like to use and go from there

Tweet20 weeks it is! Then back to 250mg of testE every ten days, for 4-5 months- then repeat same pattern. Do u think a pattern like this could work for a few years? Producing moderate, but quality muscle gains as long as ur diet was in check?

Tweetabsolutely should be great. the eq gives you solid nice steady and dry gains and is good for your joint health. i think you could run it off and on as long as you want and still see great results

TweetOk. So I have started the eq at 600 and test at 700. Noticing a difference in the performance at the gym. Have stayed around the same weight, but all the measurements are up- with the exception of the waste going down. Been training 5 days a week with 3-4 ,20 min stairmaster sessions after lifting. Was gonna throw in some winstrol at 50mg EOD for 6 weeks. Do u think the winstrol doses are good? I want to keep gaining with minimal fat gain as well. Sound like a plan?
