TweetYa, I hit my ball and start hauling ass after it...lol
TweetWhat Ive been doing is running while plling my pull cart. Problem with that is it isnt a natural full running stride. I have to run kind of twisted while i pull with one hand, not the best thing for your back.. So I need a harness that is quick on and off so I can sprint the golf course and pull my clubs behind me with a full natural stride. Im looking for some type of harness and I know I can buy one somewhere. if anyone knows of anything, tia for your help. Or I guess I could invent one myself LOL
Yes, I golf, run with my brother and people think we are nuts LOL

Tweetlol i look at golf as a workout on it's own without the running and all of that....i drive a cart but the walking is still a decent amount...the swinging too. but it won't even transform a physique at all
when i started working out i used to golf a few times a week and i just looked at it as a bonus to the gym...i was being active and thats all that mattered

Tweeti cant swing a club anymore so i am sol on the golf thing. i would think you could get one of those prowler sleds and put your bag on it and push it. that would work but i would also think that may impact your swing because it works your whole body pushing or pulling it

Tweetlol...I dont know if it will work or not with the harness. I have an old harness I used to use to pull tires, Im going to try and tie it to my golf cart. I might have to just get one of those carts you can push. I would love to just put my clubs on a sled and pull it, but I dont think the golf course would like me doing that.
Ya, golf is an entirely different game when you walk up to the ball after running 200+ yards lol
TweetLol I like that extreme golfing.
