T3 or Clen? Hey or even tha traditional ECA/HCA stack?
I'd like tha brah's that have used T3 and Clen to respond.
      I'm considering either one........

Or what could you recommend for me???

Lil' background: I'm so fuckin paranoid of loosin muscle!!!!
I do have a fast metabolism. Will be on juice. I'm considering not doing any cardio and just focusing on the diet and a more intense workout. I workout 4 days a week. The 3 other days, I will be very strict and keep my carbs under 20-30 grams for the day and my protein will be at least 350 grams. On the days that I work out, I will have moderate carbs for the energy in the gym. I have cut out pasta, rice and potatoes. Vegtables will replace them. On my work out days, I will have either a bagel, oatmeal or maybe some noodles.

What do you think? If I'm on juice, on a fat burner, diet strict, intense workout........can i get by without cardio??? I think I should keep most of the muscle, and being on the juice hopefully put some on!

Yes, super intensity 15 second count between sets and 45-75 minutes works wonders. I do this and it works. I notice no difference between cardio and this. Most guys dont do it I think because they, well, I dont know really. I grow slowly but consitantly and shed or maintain fat%'s

Yes. I high rep 12-16 and 4 sets everything. I swear you grow by doing this. I am a firm believer of 4 sets and higher reps for LEAN muscle mass, which is all I want now. Poundages stay as high as you can get away with. I go to total failure about once a week sometimes twice. It took some getting used to when I started it awhile back. Too bad there are not more peops on the board tonight.

i agree 100%....ive seen such a huge difference in my progress since ive been training this way...i use a weight that im really gonna struggle to get between 12-15 reps and concentrate on total failure. i only rest 45 seconds between sets....training like that keeps me hard as a rock

Also, B_B just informed me he likes the NYC/T3 over clen anyday. I value his opinion highly and in fact am dropping the clen in favor of NYC. It helps that I hate clen too

Huge ECA fan. On similar diet as you posted don't lose lots a muscle, just mid-section fat, also it cuts hunger and helps you stay low carb. Always did low low intensity cardio on it, but hey, I like cardio. Wasn't neccessary if work out intensity is good.
Since you will be running AS you should a-okay.

      Good Luck
