TweetTake for example your last cycle...a month or two post cycle, the weight you leveled off (assuming your bf% isn't an obscene amount) at minus the weight you were before your first cycle...
Or, if your currently on cycle you can use a different formulation (just specify this)...
For example, my first cycle I gained 13 lbs...leveled off at 10

Tweethave done three cycles, put on over 40lbs altogether, one of those was a cutting cycle which I dropped some weight (all fat).

this last cycle of mine is sure making me go insaneI pretty much have the most basics covered and ready, just want to make some minor adjustments to my post recovery and some protectants while on, that's all.

Tweet40-50#'s depends on the time of year. I was like Mike, I weighed in at a whopping #140 soaking wet. I hover no less than 180 but got to as much as 205. I am a big proponent of growing slow and without much fat gain now. Thats because I'm 30 and suits cost too much
