Tweetif supps don't work then why would the dairy framers and meat houses use them religiously. its known that during heavy manual labor or good physical workouts our bodies lose much of the vital nutrition we need and to think that our diet alone can supply our bodies the needs all the time is wrong IMO. on the other hand if your a couch potato and or don't do much if any physical work with the body chances are you may need less supplements or none. but to think they are not useful at all is ridiculous, no they wont "prevent" death that's just stupid and no disease is not going to be prevented by vitamins but they may sure as hell help. I for one am living proof of it as I tested that theory after a bacterial virus I caught. the doctors didn't have anything to say in the end
