      I get most of my protein from whole foods, two small shakes a day one PWO one in the AM. I will be starting 600mg EQ and 300mg prop / week in less than 7 days just waiting on the liquidex.

      good luck sticking to that when the eq kicks in. you're gonna be hungry as all getout. you'll probably want a little more carb, and it will not hurt you if you stay away from simple sugars

      i would up the fat a bit, maybe by 30 grams.

      thanks guys, yea i know the EQ will cause major hunger in most people...I guess I will try to deal with it accordingly...I think I may add some cottage or Ricotta cheese to the mix somewhere in the am...

      Take body weight times 12 for a good number to cutt with an i go 40%pro 30% carb 20% fat

      Only you can say for sure, but this is all good advice. I would start out a little higher and lowering cals weekly according to how you are dropping weight etc.
