Tweeti take the 50mg tablets and cut them into 4's using a pill cutter, then evenly disperse them throughout the day, does anybody do it differently?

Tweetthat way worked for me, just couldnt get them to break evenly and couldnt take them longer than 4 weeks. lower back started killing me.
