      Just started some of this back up again. I forgot how much i liked it. 100mcg am and 100mcg some time later in day when I can know there's not a ton of carbs in system.

      If I'm taking peptides along with HGH would you take peptides and then take HGH injections about 15 minutes after or would you run HGH during the day and run peptides at night? In my research Ive seen a couple different methods and not sure which one to use to get the most out of my HGH and peptides

      Well boss I'm not an expert, I take my pep ASAP when I wake up...I hit my morning gh shot 20-30min after. My second pep shot is sometime in late afternoon early evening. I find it too hard to get a third shot in but 300mcg of the pep would be ideal but 200 is what I'm doing.

      Yup that's pretty much what Mikey recommended but I've heard a few other techniques so I'm just trying to get as much info as possible.

      Peps with gh followed 10 mins later is a very standard protocol. I think it for sure makes you get a little more out of it.

      I'm using 100mcg ghrp-6/100mcg mod-grf in the morning, post workout, and pre bed. Stacking a GHRP with a GHRH is a very effective combo
