Tweetto combat that you have to increase you potassium input
Tweeti started running clen last wed, and ive been experiencing a lot of cramping especially when trying to exhaust certain muscles. for. example today i was hitting some weighted abs and my stomach muscles flipped out on me. i notice this extreme cramping when i started dosing clen, so i am assuming it has to be the clen. can anyone confirm this? in addition, if it is the clen, could this be a sign of not enough water intake? i am trying to get a gallon ed, so maybe i need to shoot for more than that.
clen dosing as follows:
day 1: 20 mcg
day 2: 20 mcg
day 3: 20 mcg
day 4: 40 mcg
day 5: 40 mcg
day 6: 40 mcg
also running 150 mg npp eod, 75 test p eod, and 100 var ed.

TweetI would say all the electrolytes are equally important. Salt, magnesium and potassium are all important si maybe throw in a water with electrolytes added. Also include taurine as a supp cause clen can deplete this too and cause cramping
Veritas Vos Liberabit
TweetI don't know if you get night sweats, but I have to drink a ton of water before I go to bed or I'll wake up dehydrated and get some cramps later.
Tweet3-5 grams of tuarine, 300mg potassium, 300mg magnesium and you'll be good to go.
Tweetwater and bananas big time

Tweetcouldnt have said it better myself! greatp post PIT
JUST TO BIG TO LISTEN TO YOU!!!!
TweetClen seems to deplete the body of taurine. So, I 100% support adding a few 1000s grams as stated below. I can't say about the other minerals listed. Water at 1 gal mini per day. I consider the cramps to be the biggest downside of the product. Add the other minerals slowly till you feel less or no cramping. AB cramps SUCK
Tweetyepp neck and leg cramps bad on clen
Tweetthis took care of it. thanks pitts!
TweetHappy to help!! Glad it worked for you.
TweetI'm recording this and will share with others as they come to me with the same
concerns. I have only used taurine in the past. Good to know this worked
TweetVery cool...it has always worked for me and I've advised tons with the same results. I run the same setup with high doses of var to help with cramping and pumps.
TweetI get a lot request for advice on running Clen and T3.
So. I have that basic info. I just added your advice to
my standard Clen suggestions.
Thanks in fact I might give it a go. I'm sure I would start in
The 1 to 2 gram of the taurine and see how that goes with the other minerals
Tks
