what is great about a product like this is that it has both valerine root and gaba. the v root is a natural muscle relaxer and the gaba relaxes and improves brain function. both are great alone but together it's a hard combo to beat

TweetI'm gonna try it out soon. When I took valerian root it was a way smaller dose so thats probably why it didn't work. I've never tried gaba but I'm interesed in anything that promotes gh lol.

love them both and with the gaba i jumped on it for the gh pulse and the restful sleep was just an added bonus. it is crazy cheap too
