take some creatine, careo, and a speed stack that always works for me. By the way that careo extract stuff is pretty amazing shit for endurance.

Jack what if he's not doing gear? What if he can't get gear? Maybe something more realistic than just take some juice.

      whats wrong with my answer.

everyone gets lethargic, take a few days off from training and refresh your mind and body, then shock the hell out of it.

if you really are that tired, go home and listen to your body, not your head. What I mean by that is that we all love to go to the gym right? And there are time's that we go anyway if we are tired or sick right? Well it's also good at times to go home and rest, remember that we also need rest to grow, and having a rested mind and body will do just that....GET YOUR ASS HOME....

Last summer I was working from 6am-9:30pm, monday, tuesday and wed. [it was construction] by the time I got home it was around 10pm and then to the gym by 10:30...Let me tell how fucken tired I used to be at the gym....but for some reason my workouts did not suffer...

I personally don't like rippedfuil, hydrocut, clen or supp of that nature...the only advise I can give is KEEP YOUR GOALS IN MIND....perhaps get a coffee before u go to the gym.....eat suff amount of cals and keep trying hard....
EVERYTHING I SAY IS ONLY AN OPINION.

Get up a little earlier, and hit the gym before work. I can never work out to well, unless i got a few hours of shut eye before hand, thats why i take a nap everyday 2-3 hours before i work out.
I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body
I pray at least 6 times a day to build my soul
