Tweetyeah i know what u mean, how can u tell that ur really gettin them, not to steal ur thread
TweetHow the heck do you tell the difference?
When I view my pecs from certain angles, I get the sinking feeling I have a little teet there. But there's no soreness, and as far as I can tell, no solid mass underneath.
The area is real soft, like fat. But so are most women's breasts, so that's not an indicator.
Is there any discoloration of the skin around the nipple when gyno is forming? It almost seems like my skin is darker around the nipple, the same kind of darkness a person gets under their eyes when they stay up too late. Does this indicate anything?
I want to know if it's real or just all in my head. I did start taking nolva just in case. 5 days on nolva and the area has not shrunk.
Damn, I wish I would've paid more attention to what it looked like before the cycle.

TweetIts possible that the fat on your chest has displaced to the nipple area, this can happen as your chest starts to shapen or grow.
I dont know of any discoloration issues.
Some guys notice a "pointyness" to their nipple area when they develop gyno. If you have no soreness and cannot feel any slighlty harder tissue then I would say that you do not have gyno, just displacing fat from growth.
TweetYes, they have a pointyness when I bring my arms in, squeezing my chest. With my arms out wide, there's nothing pointy. The pointy shape has an ominous look to it, if you know what I mean. But it feels almost like loose skin more than anything.
Does the guy in the pic have gyno?

Mine's not hanging nearly as much as his, thank goodness. (Please, take no offense if this is one our board members!) If that's not gyno, them I'm not worried at all.
Sorry to post yet another thread on this beaten subject. It's just that I haven't seen any real details on how to discern the true difference between the causes of nip puffyness.
TweetNo, thats just displaced fat and water retention. What you are probably seeing is water retention.
TweetWoohoo!!!! Guess I can change the gender symbol by my board handle now.
Thanks for the heads up.
TweetIf you bloat a lot, you nipple will look like they are getting pointed. I get like that when I take D-bol. It tightens up when I come off. You would be feeling tenderness and eventually a lump that you can pinch. (about the size of a pea) I think you are alright
TweetI have always held a little fat on my chest anyway when gaining, even before I started running as, but I always panic and go for the nolvadex. It diets away no prob. with or without it
There is no substitute for experience......
TweetThere is such thing as psuedo gyno, which is just estrogen fat deposits, and real gyno, which is hard tissue growth, belive me, you can difinitley tell if you have the latter.
I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body
I pray at least 6 times a day to build my soul
TweetYeah bro, nothing to worry about. My nips get soft like that when taking a lot of test, d-bol etc.... nothing out of the ordinary.
Yep, thats right, i'm a monkey and you're not.
TweetUpdate:
It's been close to a week since I started taking arimidex and nolva out of fear. Today I noticed that my nipples are no longer sensitive. They were never sore as some people describe when getting gyno symptoms...just more sensitive than what seemed normal.
Guess I'll be taking nolva from now on.
Tweetwhen you cut, that should go away, winstrol works wonders.
