Tweetan OTC combo that works for me is Valarian Root and Melotonin... I usually take them about 30 minutes before i go to bed. You can get them both for under $10 at wal mart...
On an extremely restless night (and if i have nothing at all to do the next day) then i take ambien.... the shit is great!

TweetAmbien works wonders. Over the weekend I took tylenol pm for the first time. I took it at about 2 a.m. and had to get up at 6. When I woke up at 6, I felt like shit. I felt like I was really drunk and I couldn't function properly.
