honestly, do the benefits of ephedra, specifically an eca stack, outweigh the risks? i have read numerous articles linking ephedra to sudden deaths in athletes. is there something that were not being told? just wanted some opinions. thanks.

I believe you put yourself at risk if you take it imroperly. I can link alot of things to deaths but that does not mean it caused them. There are alot of variables that can make eohedra potentally dangerous. IMO if you keep yourself hydrated and eat properly and take in the right amounts it is perfectly safe.

If you're healthy and use it responsibly it's been proven very safe.

Take it responsibly. Assuming you don't have a heart problem, you will be ok.

i think ephedra should be outlawed. my hands shook for 2 days after taking it. never will take any product with it again. plus in large doses it can kill you. look at the pitcher for balitimore. he took like 5 and had a heart attack

man he had heat stroke and he took more then what he was supposed to. Some people don't react well to it some react fine just try it and see. If you take it in the right amount like the label says you are going to be ok.

Drinking too much alcohol can kill you, taking too much iron can kill you, taking too much of a lot of things can kill you. Its about being responsible for knowing the limits. If it says 'Take to caps twice a day" Then take 2 caps twice a day, dont take 3 caps 3 times a day. It's a real simple and effective way to not kill yourself. If you abuse anything, only you are responsible, which brings me to my next point, accountability. If you are starving yourself, dehydtrated, have a family history of heart problems and still choose to abuse ephedrine (Bechler) then when you die, there's no one to blame but yourself, so tell your money hungry, sue happy family to eat one when they try to sue a company who's product you abused. Of course Im speaking of the fat ass pitcher from Balitmore, not yourself.

As far as the shaking, thats a normal side effect of CNS stimulation. I suggest an NYC, less jitters and just as much or more lipolysis, but of course, some of us like the shakes

You could also start with a smaller dose of ECA, which is what you should be doing if you've never used it, funny I bet nobody does that. After a couple of weeks the stimulatory effects wear off and fat burning continues.
