Not sure about the dairy aspect. Still trying to figure out wether it is ok for my low carb diet!
Tweetthe numbers are ok. but for me...if i'm trying to get REALLY lean, i gotta eliminate all sugar...that includes lactose, and that means all dairy. i can eat a fair amount of corn and brown rice and continue to lose fat. too low carbs is no good for me, and drastic carb restriction doesn't help my cutting process. and if you aren't trying to lean out, why in the hell would you cut carbs anyway?
There is no substitute for experience......
