Tweetlol.....seriously though.....i always think i need more carbs post w/o if its a w/o i really hit the bodypart hard....not necessarily the bigger bodyparts though. so i would guess more insulin and more carbs post w/o when you really hit it hard that day, might be a good idea. but i figure to stay at a steady iu dosage and just be happy with that.
