TweetHELL NO!!!!!!!!
TweetI am certaily NOT the expert here but I di know, like you do, that GH declines with age. I see no reason of coming off of hormones that decline as we age. WE are just replacing things that we had when we were younger, in hopes to make getting older a bit easier.

TweetThe only reason would be in larger doses gh makes you less insulin sensitive so your fasting bsl get higher and you need a break to let them go back down.
TweetSo would you recommemd completely going off you lowering the dodage fo awhile?

TweetCompletely off for 1-3 months every 1-2 years. But really depends on fasted glucose reading and dose you are taking. Someone taking 2iu aday for anti aging could probably never come off. Someone blasting 10iu a day different story.
TweetI would think most consider and do go off. Then they in time go back on. I have run a low dose for 1.5 years., Then was off for a few years., Back on at double the old dose and for staying with it. Trying different brands as I can afford them. To me it is not a life changing product. Sure some good stuff happens. At the same time it is not so freaking off the hook that I dare not go off. I thinking cycling it is best. Long cycles however.
TweetIf funds allowed I'd be on 10iu still but not rich....
TweetSo dropping down from 5iu daily to 2iu instead of coming completely off at age 36 and been on gh for 18 months?
Tweetonly way to really know is test your fasted blood sugars. Also depending on when you are using the gh can make a big difference. If you are using in the am and then doing cardio and buning all those ffa's off then you should have less insulin problems than someone taking without cardio.
TweetI usually take largest portion of my dose in the am, if not all. But I do like splitting the dose. Especially on training days.
