The Asian one that finishes with happy ending. I'd go massage therapy Vs chiropractor any day.

i would go deep tissue myself. it breaks up scar tissue and opens the facial up for continued growth. chiro and art people that are good and not going to hurt you are few and far between in a lot of areas. that's why i would stick to the dtm. you can also do roller work and other stuff that can take the place of what the other types of treatments seek to accomplish any way

Ive done them all...Chiro helped for instant relief but always seems to get worse!
Ive seen over 7-8 chiro and 15-20 massage therapist...Massage over time helps me personally.
exercise wins the battle over them all...Ive used Traction Tables and Inversion Tables...Inversion Helps a lot with the back when used several times ed...Traction table works but is expensive over time!

Dang, I do all three. I roll a few times a week, once a month I see my chiro for an adjustment then I go next door to the massage place and get worked on for thirty minutes. After that I go straight to the gym. Bout every four months I see a physical therapist too.

ART with Chiropractic just plain kicks ass. Works like magic...I dont think there are any NFL teams that dont have that combo, plus massage therapy and everything else possible.
There are many different levels of ART practitioners. Find someone who has done it consistently for many years and has built his/her practice on it.

i agree with you on all the above dzone but the kicker to what you say there is those people in that field are usually some pretty big dudes. you have to find a practitioner that is big and strong enough to work on us guys that are slightly above average and have dense muscle. a 100lb blond chick even though usually nice to look at isnt going to cut the mustard doing work on most of us

I dunno Guns, the 100lbs blond chick with awesome tits I see grew up on a farm in South Dakota. I thought she was digging her elbow into my shoulder but it was all by hand. I had to put on my big boy face to get through it.

ART sounds like the route to go but there are not many thereapist in our area. Not sure about yours though? I have had a great Trigger point massages with musch success, but again, you need to find a therapist who knows what they are doing. Fuzo used to get something called Thai massage and it was helpful. I think chiros get a bad rap but there are many out there who have helped lots of people. Sometimes I think you need to fo both , see a good chiro and also get massages. This is why you find many massage therapists in chiro offices as they work together on things.

There is a ART guy here where I live, with 10+ years experience. Even open on Saturdays which is a plus for me. I was thinking about trying him out if it won't cost me my next weeks meals lol!

I have had great luck with ART. The guy I go to works on profesional athletes on a regular basis. His wall is covered with pics from many NHL players and some wrestlers. He has fixed my rotator problems several times but it did seem like the benefit was less each time. I can copy what he does at home for the biggest part. I work construction and alot of the guys go there. They have no idea what ART is but they call him Magic Hands.

Theres this asian type massage, I thing it is called pole massage or bar massage. LOL..seriously, I want to try it. Its all done with the feet, some massage chick holds on to a bar that is attached to the ceiling and walks on your back. Some dude was telling me it is fantastic. Said she would dig the heels of her feet into his traps and every other muscles and beat hell out of you with her feet. If I find one around here I am going and will let you know how it goes.
