TweetI have not done any gear in many years. after cycling heavy off and on (more on than off) since the 90s and stopping about 7 years ago I have steadily lost mass, and I always feel tired. as hard as I diet and train i cannot get below 11-12% bf. i assumed i had low "T"

my total test came back a bit low of course 414 ng/dl with high SHBG, 45.7 free test only 6.9, doctor says that is like a 60 year old man. I went with a new thing called BioTE which are pellets of no ester test that are inserted in the fatty layer of the glute and last about 5 months. doc says he wants to bump me to about 1,000 ng/dl

i am hoping my shbg does not increase more. had it done friday. looks like a bunch of regular strength tylenol tabs. he inserted them with a trokar. no stitches required just used steri strips. I am sore but have not needed any pain meds. He prescribed me a gel that kills even the soreness. i have to take a week off of training to heal.

this stuff is kind of neat as the harder you work the more test is released.

Tweeti am a week in. my glute was very sore. but i have turned a corner and feel better. can't wait until i can sleep on my right side. I can definitely tell a difference in my sex drive and my energy levels. i have not trained yet. i am going to give it a couple more days to heal. the doc told me the harder you train the more is released

i go back in 5 weeks for one more blood test to check my test levels. oh also i am having a little gyno flare up in my right nip. doc gave me femara.
