There are only 3 supplements that I consistently use:
1. Zinc because it helps combat gyno (this is not conjecture; it works).
2. Magnesium because it lowers the incidence of headaches (nothing to do with gear – I am a migraine sufferer).
3. Protein powders and MRPs.
Other than that, no wonder supplements e.g. ZMA, HMB, XYZ, etc.
Tweetmulti-vitamins and some Tribulis for me while off, when on it's a whole different ball game...
