this is one of the best new preworkouts i have tried yet. now i will give you the up side and the downside to this product for me. i am stim sensitive so i only need a scoop to start with and that is plenty for me to bang through my workout like a mad man. the down side to me is the fact that it does hang out for quite a while after the workout is over. you will def get more done once you leave the gym, let's put it that way. great product to give a go if you are finding that your pre workouts arent giving you the kick that you are looking for
