I'm 22/6'3"/285lbs/bf 20%. Can anybody tell me a good diet plan to cut my body fat. I wanna get down to about 215-225. As for exercise, i'm gonna start to ride a bike. I would jog but i was recently in a car accident and have a metal plate and 9 screws in my tibia in lower right leg. Any other cardio you guys can recommend? I wanna lose weight first for my health and to recover faster when i get this plate taken out in 9 months. Doc said when he takes the screws out there will be holes in the bone and if i was lighter i won't be putting to much stress on it. Thanks for your help

treadmill on an incline is lower impact than jogging/running. swimming as mentioned is very good. without details no one can give you an exact diet. do your cardio in the am on an empty stomach, and no carbs or fats after about 6 pm. other than that it's common sense. no desserts, fast food burgers, or deep fried bullshit. you know what to do.
There is no substitute for experience......

Eliminate Man Made carbs.... Ie bread, pasta, sugar.... only eat clean carbs such as brown rice and veggies..... this is a good start, along with increasing clean protine.....
