Learned a few things today:
1) I hate it when people sit on a bench and use iPads in the power rack
2) Having calloused hands doesn't make them invincible
3) Setting a phone on the ground makes for shitty filming
Side note: You only see three but I swear on my word for 5, new PR of 320x5 for me. (DYIL?) Also, I noticed I didn't lock out arms before the first movement, my mistake. Not really worth watching until the end unless you want to hear weights dropping or see my busted callouses.
Any comments are welcome, both positive and negative, doesn't bother me any- always trying to improve and learn.
I'd go to planet fitness, but I'd hate to set off the Lunk Alarm.
