Tweetwhere do i find the motivation.. i mean i have had women hit on me online but when i love my wife and miss her and my kids so much i have lost 8lbs in 5 days.. where is the motivation to keep striving for my goals... mind u these all werent the most attractive women in the world which is a downer but still idk where to dig inside to find the will to go on in the gym even though im making myself... and will continue to do so.. i havent lost any muscle in fact i have lost a half inch off my waist.... lol

This is my opinion, and it will porbably differ from what the men say. The LAST thing you need to worry about is finding another woman right now! You need to work on you and maybe anything that you think may have contributed to what happened in your marriage. Lean on friends, family and us for support and strength, and get your ass to the gym! You cant let yourself fall apart, you children need their Dad no matter what happened between your wife and you.. They need a good role model too. Not sure of your stance on religion , but ask for strength daily, if you are and have faith that things will work out.

Tweetyou don't necessarily have to start dating 5 seconds after she's out the door. you will know when your ready bro. baby gave you a true woman's point of view. i would listen to her. take your aggressions to the gym,however, if a little hottie starts flirting a little i'm sure it wouldn't hurt. try and stay positive my friend and i know that is easier said than done but ya gotta try for the kids!

TweetGreat advice Baby. It took me a couple dozen girlfriends to finally figure that out. Work on yourself. So many people gravitate to others and try to "fix" or change them before they begin on their own journey. The gym has saved my life as many times as I have walked through the door. The downside...if you want to call it that, is that if you hit the gym long enough you may run into the same problem. But that's why God invented headphones!
