I've been on a program that's new to me, and it's been blasting my legs. I don't believe that I've sustained any injuries or anything; however, does FG use any supplements to boost recovery?
I currently take fish oils(2-4 g/day), mens multi, b-12, creatine HCL, and BCAA's during workout. Any suggestions/tweaks to my supp pool?
I'd go to planet fitness, but I'd hate to set off the Lunk Alarm.

A post workout drink following a training session is great for recovery. Whey protein and fast acting carbs within 1/2 hour PW!!! I always have liked whey with a banana fpr PW and sometimes with Almond milk. Not too much fat, if any at all, in this PW drink as fat will slow the digestion of the protein

I forgot to mention that I always take a PCT whey shake. Usually 40-50g whey + the protein coming from 12-16 oz. of milk( I know I'm a baby). Going to have to find a way to cut out that dairy to lose that fat

The milk isnt so bad especially if it is skim. I would throw some fast carbs in there still though

This is my post workout, immediately after shake. Dymatize ISP-100 with 50 grams of either waxy maize or some other fast acting carb.

Mid workout i use a bcaa drink like under armors heavy leucine laced product. The bcaa will help immensely especially the leucine.
