TweetDo any FG bros use any big label pre-workouts?
I've used Jack3d, C4, 1mR, MP Assault? I'm curious if I can figure out how to individually mix caffeine, beta-alinine(I enjoy this stim.), and
arginine instead. Does anyone have any personal experience with this?
I'd go to planet fitness, but I'd hate to set off the Lunk Alarm.

TweetI've tried a lot of them, personally they are just too much for me anymore. They wind up making me nauseated or dehydrated or anxiety or any host of things. Personally I prefer to slam a monster rehab with 20mg of ephedrine and that does the trick, or the old ECA stack.
My preference now is leucine laced bcaa supps mid workout that so a lot more for me now.

Tweetmy favorite is jack3d. Ive used m5, c4, craze and a few others. Craze and kjack3d are my facvorite though
