Cracker Barrel Country Boy Breakfast info?

TweetSo I have been dieting for a while now and it's time for my weekly refeed. We are going to Cracker Barrel in the morning and I ALWAYS get the Country Boy Breakfast. I don't really care about calories or F/P, but I am trying to get a certain amount of carbs. Does anyone know what the nutritional facts are about this meal? I have googled and searched and everything I find keeps saying that it only has 21g protein. It comes with 3 eggs and those alone are going to have around 21g protein. That doesn't even include the meat. While I don't care about the amount of protein really, that just tells me that the facts I read probably aren't that accurate. I guess I will just have to estimate and go from there if I can't find any info. Not too big of a deal but I would like to have some idea of my macros tomorrow.

TweetWell, I have always ordered it with steak and eggs. Now that I think about it, it may just come with a choice between eggs, steak, country, etc....That makes since if it's just one meat. I guess I will go by those facts and then just add the steak to it.
