Remember the good old days--the days when you first started training and it seemed like you were gaining muscle at every workout. Obviously, those days end--otherwise we would all be massive. But if your gains have stalled--do not worry--because below I am going to give you three tips that can help get your gains going again. Here we go! SAME ROUTINE NO RESULTS One of the main reasons so many bodybuilders gains slow to a crawl is because they have been doing the same exercises, the same number of sets and even the same number of reps that they were doing when they started training! I know this sounds a bit crazy--but think about it--when was the last time you changed up your routine. If you cannot remember--then it is time to make a change. It does not have to be a major one--no! If you have been doing eight to twelve reps per set--try going on a power cycle and doing only three reps per set.
