      You already know that healthy fats like omega-3s can increase the thermic effect of food and rev your metabolism. But according to a recent study conducted on mice, eating “good” fats (found in natural foods like salmon, tuna, nuts, and olive oil) at the same time of the day and in the same amount each day can help further target unwanted fat.
      Researchers looked at the feeding patterns of mice to see if the timing of meals could have an effect on body composition. When they ate a high-fat diet, in meals consumed at roughly the same time every day, they dropped more body fat than the mice who had eaten the same amount of fat sporadically throughout the day.
