Tweetyou def need more cals and carbs..........good sources of fat include olive oil, flax oil, natural peanut butter and CLA> a great fat for cutting....i see you mention most of your meat servings to be in slices???...if they are cold cuts, they are usually processed and loaded w/ sodium...you wont get lean eating that....the extra fat will help with extra calories....id def have more than 12 carbs....you need a decent amount of carbs in the morning and after your workout
