OK..AWILE BACK I GAVE MYSELF A PARTIAL DISTAL TENDON TEAR IN MY LEFT BICEP. PAINFUL, BUT USEABLE WHEN WRAPPED AND ABLE TO STILL WORKOUT. ABOUT 3 WEEKS AGO MY RIGHT ELBOW JUST WENT KABLOOYEE...HAVEN'T BEEN TO THE DOC YET BUT I'M LEANIN TOWARD AN ULNA DISPLACEMENT OR TENNIS ELBOW TYPE INJURY. COMPLETELY USELESS. CAN'T GRIP ANYTHING WITHOUT MIND NUMBING PAIN...CAN'T SWING A HAMMER A WORK, CAN'T SHAKE HAND, AND LIFTING...FORGET IT..CAN'T EVEN HAVE A CATCH WITH THE KIDS...

HAS ANYONE HAD ANY SIMILAR INJURY? I DON'T KNOW HOW LONG TO PREPARE MYSELF TO BE LIKE THIS. EVEN SITTING HERE IN THE TYPING POSITION I WANT TO PUNCH SUMPIN CAUSE IT HURTS...BUT I CAN'T MAKE A FIST..LOL..
