Week 1-10
750mg of sust
400mg deca
week 10-12- could go longer I will see when I get there
500mg of sust
400mg of deca
I was thinking of running winny week 8-12 to help cut me a little. I understand winny wont cut me alone I also plan on changing my diet those last few weeks to help cut me.
Does this sound like a good idea or is this stupid? If this is a good idea then how much winny do you think I should run. I weigh 210 lbs.

TweetKeep the cycle like it is and get as much size as you can...screw cutting the calories at the end to try and cut. Bulk with this cycle and save the winny for a cut cycle in the future...such as a prop/fina/winny.

I saw that a lot of people like to add winny at the end. Does this make your muscle more cut? I assumed that was the advantage of adding winny, was I right. Also do most people keep eating the same while adding winny or do they change their diet. I only have experience in adding mass, ive never really tried to cut at all.

TweetMaking the muscle more cut has more to do with diet and training. My diet has changed since I first started my cycle in mid December. I eat more fibrous veggies and fish since I started my cutting phase. The reason most people add it near the end of a cycle is because almost always they use AAS which have long esters like deca,eq, etc. and by adding it near the end it will prevent you from crashing while the esters taper off.Originally posted by fighter0728

I'm doing 1 hour cardio sessions now for the last month and a half and this has played a factor in making my muscles look fuller and separated.
