I am currently trying to lose weight. i have gone from 25% to 17%, doing a boat-load of cardio and eating right. since im trying to lose weight, i havent been real concerned with my muscle loss, which is apparent. would it be wise to take a prohormone, or zma or some muscle building supplement? will i see the same effects if i wasnt dieting so much? any help would be appreciated?

High protien, low carb modarate fat. Lay off the ph right now.ZMA never (Highly overrated as a muscle builder). you could use some creatine+dextrose although it will slow your fat loss a little.

Depending on what you believe, glutamine is supposed to help you maintain muscle. I second the creatine suggestion too.

creatine will help a little. prohormones are worthless IMO...I got ready for a show once on androstene and norandrosteniodene. I looked like a holocost survivor.......didn't even place. eat plenty of protein, don't starve yourself psycho cutting carbs, and get some good fats. you can regain the muscle after you get your bf where you want it. patience is golden......

      localboyz,

Congratulations on your dedication and success. Like muscle n blood said, "patience" and nutrtion. Your doing well just continue. You didn't mention if you are lifting or not, if not, that would definitly help.

      Good Luck
