hey everyone i was just wondering as i am getting ready for my second cycle of test and EQ. What does an increase in red blood cells mean due to the EQ. I know it means more O2 for the muscle s as those cells are responsible for that . But what about side effects that other AS dont have do to the red blood cell increse .Do they return back to normal after and is there any negative things about having a high count.

I heard nothing but good things about EQ but i just want to educate myself a little more about those red blood cells .

      Thanks

      Higher blood pressure.

BTW - All steroids increase red blood cells and some more than others.

it doesn't raise your BP as much as deca, since it doesn't contribute to the subq water you hold wiht deca ...

they ALL raise blood levels ...

I wouldn't say it's notorious it's a good thing. Well, as long as you're not on crazy high doseages. As far as blood pressure alot more go into as well. Bad diet, weighing too much, not enough exercise and cardio.

Test also raises blood cell count to a high degree. The more you take the higher the increase. Why do you think you get such a massive pump? Aside from the increased glycogen and water retension it's mainly because of the increase in RBC.

the more red blood cells ur blood has, the thicker it gets, and thus makes it harder for the heart to pump it through the body - it has to pump much harder (thus the increased blood pressure) which can often cause rupture/destruction of the fine cappilaries that supply the heart muscle with nutrients (causing it to die - heart attacks etc)... and also since the blood is thicker, there is an increased risk of blood clotting in ur bloodvessels (especially cappilaries in the legs, heart, brain, etc.) which can cause strokes and such.

i used 600-800mg/wk of eq a month or two ago and loved it. great pumps, and cardio was the best i ever did. i don't think eq is worse for BP than anything else. holding water and diet etc play a huge role

After 10 weeks of EQ I now have much more training capacity, greater breath control and bigger pumps that I feel for much longer. But you wouldn't consider any of that a negative.

Did I mention frequent concrete hard-ons (try getting to sleep!)

If I recall, the increase in blood cells can increase your appetite. One positive result. I work at a gym and a good amount of people do juice, the wrong way. Some never even heard of clomid...Anyway, there is this one guy who is like 50 who does a shitload. You know his bp is through the roof because his skin is like purple. Every once in awhile he'll be forcing so hard on a rep, he'll shoot blood right out of his nose. Some people should not be doing steroids. If you are fat or unhealthy, don't even think about it. If not, then you should be fine.
