Tweetso my problem is when i started 3 weeks ago i was 220lbs, and now im 220.5lbs. i figured from what i have done in previous years that i should be around 215 by the 3 week marker, so if im not over thinking this im trying to figure out is it my diet, or my training routine, or both? this is my first time to incorporate the 3 day split routine in a cutter, and felt it would be a great change to the typical 1 body part a week ive been doing for the last few months.
