      Hi i hae a question for the people that have tried.
      Prop-fina-winny type cycles. How long did you run it. and what type of gains strength/lean mass did you see? I know everyone is different but what did u notice? thanks in advance.

      it all depends on diet and your tranning bro everyone is diff so maby 10-15lbs if you do it right or as low as 5-10 lbs

      6-8 weeks is the general run on those, since they are short estered, and "kick in" within days.
