16.5" arms here... 2.5ml's in the tri's no problems

shot the triceps last night for the first time with 1ml of sust, it's pretty sore today, but i was always sensitive to sust.

I hear people have the best results with tren for spot injections.

2 CC's can go in, but it's best to work up to it. Otherwise you may experience some swelling, discomfort, and possibly bruising.
