      Here's what I'm scarfing down today. Does this make sense for a low carb/high protein fat loss plan?



      M1 8am
      Omlet
      - 6 egg whites
      - 1/3 cup ff cheese
      - 2 tbsp salsa
      Diet Mt Dew

      M2 10:30am
      Protein Powder - 30g protein
      32 oz water

      M3 12:30pm
      Tuna - 2 cans
      Mayo
      32 oz water

      M4 3:30pm
      Potein Powder - 30g protein
      32 oz water

      M5 6:30pm
      Buffalo burgers (2)
      32 oz water

      M6 9:30pm
      Protein Powder - 30g protein
      32 oz water


      Supplements

      No, I wanted to keep the carbs as low as possible. If I eat any veggies, it would be a lettuce salad with some l/c dressing. I could eat veggies with M3 & M5.
