      for after work out in ur shake does 40 g protien 20 dextrose an 5g fat sound good or more dext thanks

      I shoot for 45-50g of protein and usually use 40g of maltodextrin/dextrose...

      if not go for 50g whey isolate, and 75-100g of dextrose or malodextrin. Protein cant build up glycogen stores only carbs can.
