Tweetsugar free jello usually works for me. i do stuff like maple or cinnamon flavored oats that have zero sugars as well. sugar is a hard beast to tame for sure though
TweetDo you get them? If so how do you control them?
I've been drinking Zevias lately they are a pop sweetened with stevia and have 60mg of vitamin C. But sometimes I just want some candy!

Tweetthe more sugar we eat the more we crave. Try adding a digestive enzyme to your meals and one that is higher in amylase which can help control sugar cravings. Amylase supports the breakdown of sugar. You are not on a new meds are you?

TweetGood idea I tried to make some gelatin candies sweetened with stevia they didn't turn out so great but the mom Inlaw made some with fruit purée and they were good.

TweetYes, i have sugar cravings ALL the time! I am currently doing a keto diet so it definitely gets hard and cravings are ridiculous. I normally just chew gum, drink a diet soda, make a shake w/ chocolate protein, coffee, and peanut butter. It helps a little at the time but i still crave crap..gotta have self control!
