Tweetwell i have let off a few loud farts leg pressing and squatting. shatt my pants a few times and have puked everywhere way more often than most. best one i ever had though was doing some behind the neck presses in my younger stupid days while running a high level of drol and my nose exploded all over the mirror in front of me. almost looked like i got shot in the back of the head. i have blown my pants out from front to back twice also. i got a ton of gym funnies though

TweetWell puked while deadlifting and had to clean that up.... and just last night doing stiffleg dead on my 12 rep tried to get a more of a stetch and made a lil small shatt in my pants. Had to drop the weight and go clean up. Good thing I had blk shorts.
