TweetIm not much on posting pics and dont know how to edit a video to black out my face and school logos around me, but here is a pic from last night. 495 for 3 times. My son has a powerlifting meet in a few weeks and they were lifting last night and I was up there spotting for them and they bugged me till I showed the little smart asses up!

Tweetdont be a dickkk, Im not trying to prove anything! I was just excited that I can still lift that much since I stoped powelifting and dropping so much weight. I could care less is if lift anything any more, just want to support my son and get kicks out of shutting them up at times! some of the mods on here that know me outside of FG have seen me benching over 500, I have nothign to gain from lying!
