  • CAN'T SLEEP........... What to DO

    Hey Bro's

    Well on my 4 week of AAS (1cc Test Eth / 1cc Eq) and I haven't had a good nites sleep yet. I am exhausted all day. Weird thing is when i hit the gym @ around 6pm and start to lift i feel AWESOME, so it doesn't seem to be hindering me. (still yawning, but lifting heavy and clean)

    Now the problem with that is i know it can't last forever, so what do you guys do about not being able to sleep, do any of you even have this problem while on AAS.

    melatonin has worked for some. you can pick it up at a local nutrition place.

      I take tylenol pm occasionally when I can't sleep but I wouldn't do it every night.

          When I have a hard time falling asleep I sometimes smoke a bowl. That does the trick for me.

            Try the melatonin before doing Tylenol PM. Melatonin is safe to use every night and Tylenol might leave you groggy the next morning.

                xanax is the shit. ambien is decent. if your into the drug side of things (another words illegal stuff). i just take a half ambien ED when going to sleep......all this shit i am on, i figure i'll knock my ass out. then i'm gonna use xanax for a while, like 1/2mg to break from ambien since your really not supposed to use it for extended periods (or xanax for that matter). but kava liquid (and valerian liquid too in combo) is my fave of the natural stuff. seems we are overblown with can't sleep threads...i swear this is the third one i replied to this week. we need a sticky!!!

                              good old Jerkin The Gerkin LOL knocks you out every time. As for Tylenol PM I would stay away from that especially on days that you trained . Because ACetomine and Ibuprophine both inhibit (!#$%~@$) fuck i forgot the name of the enzyme. well basically what they do is make it like you never even whent to the gym.
