TweetI am going for back surgery on monday. I am getting a surgical decompression as well as removal of bone spurs pressing on my spine. 4 vertebrae are involved. I shall not be able to work out for about 4 weeks or so.

Tweetthat sounds ruff! take it slow, you will get back whatever gains quickly. i was out 8 months when i tore my pec tendon with surgery/rehab

we can motivate each other

I had 2 movements and that helped a lot with pressure. My gait is much smoother now than before surgery
