TweetAfter loosing 40lbs I am just starting to get back some strength. My leverages are completely diferent. Did box squats against the big bands chocked to the bottom of the rack. Dont know what they add but it has to be over 150 at the top. Went up to 365 plus the bands. My partners wanted to pull sumo which I never do but I did just for something diferent. They went back to their conventional after 405 but I hung in there all the way. Finished with a double at 585. Did goodmornings with 225 and reverse hypers up to 6 plates. I have alot of work to do but I need about a 740 pull this summer.

Tweetdamn man. i would die doing that type of training. you guys are freaks with the strength style of training. bet i could still kill you guys on volume/rep training but then i would look like a puss doing what you guys do. great work man by the way
