1/2 cup veggies

Opt. Whey protein shake 45g pro.
mixed with 1 banana, strawberry syrup, 1 cup 2% milk.
1 gallon water/day

TweetUse a whey shake and dextrose or malodextrin postworkout.
Cut out the sugar syrup.
Id like to see some more avocados, flax, natty pb, and olive oil in there, at least 10g of fat per meal, except for the post workout one.

i'm tryin to cut.
i do 20min of cardio in the morning, play basketball for about an hour at school and then go workout at a somewhat fast pace.
Tweetbtw i'm also cycling prop/tren/winny/ and t3/clen/nyc.......
