TweetHoly balls...I found this amazing psyllium fiber product with aloe vera , inulin, licorice, prune, marshmallow root, and orange peel...it was on sale for .95 cents a can, regular $20 cuz it was expired in december, so I bought 10 cans of the shit..OK, I take like 5 scoops(heaping tablespoons) of the stuff between last night and this morning...I swear I didnt know a human could crap so many times in a day..LOL...Now I see the can and it says only take one teaspon a day..hahaha
I think I shit out beef that was in my intestines for years...Im pretty sure I shit out a porterhouse steak or two, my ass is so damn chapped it hurts to sit down lmao...Its 6:30 and I think I am completely shitted out, if anything it was a good detox of my colon . ..OMG

then I remember baby1 posting an article yesterday about health benefits of coffee, and I am not a coffee drinker, so I downed two huge cups, now I am jittering the **** out...TGIF!!!!

To be honest with you,with all the food I eat every day I shit about 10 times a day if not more.I swear to God no-one can believe how much I crap.I eat and like 15 minutes later I have to crap.I think from eating so much I must be filled to the brim so everytime I stuff more food in,there has to be room made so the new food I put in my mouth just pushes more out the other end!!!
