      hey im 5'10 225lbs i just started back up 2 months ago after 2-3 years of off and on workouts im on 4.5 cc of fina per week and was wondering if anyone a has any sugestions on a good diet to shed fat

      a ketogenic diet or a meditteranian diet.
      either way high in protein low but equal carbs and fats. spread low calories (dont know your bmi) over 5-7 meals a day so your always digesting , hence always burning calories. drink lots of water .

      thanks pudgy but what does pmi mean
      it seems that everything i look at is either high in fat and low in carbs or high in carbs and low in fat i cant seem to get away from the stuff that i really dont need unless im only eating meat or fish
