Tweetlexus I am not fond of small mercs and the jag looks like a ford taurus with a different grill.
TweetWent car shopping yesterday, but I am no closer to deciding on one today than friday. So I'm gonna ask for a litle input from youz folks. Please tell me if you own one or not. If you don't own I'd still like to have your opinion, but just tell me you don't have one.
The cars I am interested in are between $30-40K. I like the next class bigger, but right now I think these are more in my price range. Here's the list:
Lexus IS300 Approx. $34K.
Pro's: Good looks, nice power (215HP, 200ft. lbs), price.
Cons: Busy dash, rear seat room.
I like these, but I have some reservations about the interior design.
MB 230 Kompressor Approx. $35K.
Pro's: Exterior/Interior design, perfect fit and finish.
Con's:Lower power (189HP, 190ft.lbs), few options not on this I'd like to add will cost about $2K more. More Expensive.
Beautiful inside and out, just think maybe the others might be a better deal.
Jaguar X-Type Approx. $35K
Pro's: Beautiful exterior, waaay comfy seats, backseat room is a tad better.
Cons: Quality concerns, lower power(about 190HP), boring interior.
I'd like to buy this one because it's an American ownd company, but I think it's coming in last right now.
Help!

TweetLexus is the best deal of those, imo. My boss has one, and she (big motorcycle enthusiast) loves it.
Are you set on one of those? There are a lot of awesome cars in that price range, depending on what you're looking for in the car...
TweetLexus for sure.

TweetLexus, hands down.

TweetIf you have suggestions let me know. I looked at the BMW 330 and it was my front runner until I sat in it. It just seemed to sit too low. I really like the E class Benz and the 540 BMW, but I think I'll have to wait a little longer for one of those.
TweetIf you buy the jag, you better buy two.
I would go with the lexus...no comparison
TweetLexus, she's my favourite porn star
Tweeti would go with the lex
Tweetjag or bmwm4
TweetI've been looking at reviews all day today and here is what I've found:
BMW gets good reviews consistently.
Lexus is always up there.
Jag is coming in last or next to last in the comparo's. (I don't read too much into that. I had a 2000 Jetta and loved it while they hated it.)
Benz is all over the place, 2nd all the way to last.
Audi A4 is always up top too.
Infinity G35 is getting good reviews, but I HATE aluminum and Titanium interiors.
