Back pain from a shot

TweetOf test in my glute yesterday, today I have pain in my lumbar and sciatic pain down the back of my leg...Damn, this sucks...I must have shot a nerve...I am going to try and stretch it out and carry the hell on, I have to work today...this ever happen to you?

TweetI don't think you hit a nerve as the sciatic nerve is deeper in than a needle would get too, but a muscle may be inflamed and therefore pressing on the nerve. Maybe try some of your great natural anti-inflammatories and some heat to the area to increase bloodflow and relax the muscles.
